For your convenience, SUMC has partnered with Vanco Services, LLC to allow you to make your recurring and one-time gifts to SUMC directly from your checking account, savings account, credit card, or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). At the time you setup your transaction, you can also specify if you wish the funds to be applied to the SUMC general/operating account, as payment toward the Building Fund, or for other use as you specify.
This is a safe, secure, and confidential transaction which occurs directly between Vanco and SUMC's bank. Vanco is the recommended electronic funds transfer service provider of the United Methodist Church.
Vanco's services may now be utilized in either of two ways:
1) Directly from Vanco's website. This gives you the maximum convenience of being able to setup either recurring or one-time donations any time of day or night. You have the option to specify when the transaction is to occur (once, weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). In the case of recurring transactions, you may also specify when you wish the transactions to cease. Click here to go directly to Vanco's transaction entry webpage.
2) Fill out a Donations Authorization Form (available at the church office or on our SUMC website), and bring or mail or it to Tammye Bass at the SUMC church office. Tammye will enter the information for you into the Vanco system.
Regardless of whether you use the Vanco website or the paper method, if you have any questions at any time, or if you wish to make any changes to transactions you have entered, contact Tammye Bass at the SUMC office. You will continue to receive your quarterly giving reports directly from SUMC, regardless of your method of giving.
In the future, we will be adding additional options of paying for various events, such as Youth Trips, etc. These options will be added to the website transaction entry page as needed.
